Almanac 62. Adaptive physical education and sports
The issue presents the results of interdisciplinary research conducted within the scope of the academic specialty 5.8.6, Health-Building and Adaptive Physical Culture. Its primary focus is identifying effective methods of corrective influence on individuals through physical activity. The issue features eight articles addressing the challenges of adaptive physical education, adaptive sports, and adaptive rehabilitation. They outline approaches to organizing physical culture and wellness programs for children with autism spectrum disorders; justify the feasibility of preventing flat feet in preschoolers living in the northern regions of Russia; and develop a framework for the personalized regulation of physical exertion for students in special medical groups. Furthermore, the articles explain the need for a scientific rationale regarding the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and training program "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO) for individuals with Down syndrome. They also propose methodological approaches to structuring the training process for athletes with intellectual disabilities (in track and field), hearing impairments (in billiards), and visual impairments (in football). Additionally, the publication examines the physical rehabilitation and habilitation of adults with acquired musculoskeletal disorders resulting from combat injuries and wounds. The geographical scope of the research presented for discussion spans various regions of Russia, from the Far Eastern Federal District to the Kaliningrad Region.

Physical rehabilitation and habilitation of persons with acquired disorders of the musculoskeletal system

Golikova E. , Kasmakova L.
The article deals with the issues of physical rehabilitation and habilitation of adults with acquired disorders of the musculoskeletal system resulting from injuries and wounds during military operations. The authors analyze the characteristics of this category: the nature of injuries, psychoemotional state, presence of post-traumatic stress disorders, difficulties of social and everyday adaptation. The article presents the experience of practical rehabilitation by means of adaptive physical education over a four-year period (2022-2025), including training in the use of prostheses, restoration of motor functions, psychological support. A total of more than 300 people underwent rehabilitation. The results of statistical analysis (structure of injuries, psychoemotional disorders, dynamics of recovery, motivation for adaptive sports) are presented. It is shown that comprehensive rehabilitation with the active use of adaptive physical education contributes to the restoration of social status, improvement of quality of life and motivation for further integration into society.

On the expediency of scientific substantiation of the standards of the All-Russian Physical culture and Sports complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» (TRP) for people with Down syndrome

Evseev S. , Aksenov A. , Zhumatov M.
The article presents the results of a scientific study aimed at substantiating certain standards of physical fitness for people with Down syndrome within the framework of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex «Ready for Labor and Defense» (TRP). The expediency of developing such standards is substantiated, a method for their development is proposed, the procedure for actions is described, key data are disclosed, draft standards are developed, and the results of their testing and adjustment are presented.

The impact of personalized physical activity norms on health indicators of students in special medical groups

Zaitsev A. , Kovalev A. , Gnatyuk V.
The article examines the impact of personalized physical activity standards on the health indicators of students in special medical groups. To address the issue of personalized physical activity standards for students, it proposes to apply the theory of rank analysis to heart rate data recorded by wearable devices. The article presents the results of implementing the technology of personalized physical activity standards for students in special medical groups at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University who practice recreational swimming.

Individual trajectory of development of physical abilities of 10-12 year old track and field athletes with intellectual disabilities at the initial training stage

Kuleshov R. , Makina L.
Article presents a rationale for individualizing the physical training of 10- to 12-year-old track and field athletes with intellectual disabilities during the initial training phase. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for structuring track and field training for children with this condition are described. An algorithm for constructing an individualized trajectory for the development of physical abilities in 10- to 12-year-old track and field athletes with intellectual disabilities during the initial training phase is described in detail. The results of empirical studies on the implementation of the developed algorithm in the training process for this category of athletes are presented.

Experience and prospects of providing correctional assistance to children with autism spectrum disorder by means of adaptive physical education

Maximova S. , Stotskaya E. , Musralinova A.
The number of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is increasing every year. Adaptive physical education (AFP) has great potential in terms of providing correctional assistance to such children. The article presents data on advanced scientific and practical developments in the field of AFV in children with ASD and, based on their generalization, an attempt is made to identify the key characteristics of the content and orientation of this process, as well as effective methodological approaches in its construction. As examples, the results of testing methods for the formation of proprioception in older preschool children with ASD by means of AFV and methods for the formation of the ability to balance in children aged 9-10 years with ASD by means of roller sports are described. According to the results of pedagogical experiments, it is stated that AFV should be oriented towards parallel optimization of not only the physical but also the mental development of children, which leads to increased coherence in the activity of neurophysiological mechanisms of the brain.

Substation of the need for flatfoot prevention in Children Aged 4-6 years residing in the Magadan region

Rumba O. , Deseneva M.
The article presents for discussion the results of a one-time cross-sectional study of the foot arch condition in children aged 4-6 years residing in Magadan (n=118). The study was conducted in 2024-2025 using plantography. Based on the obtained data, the Chizhin and Shtriter indices were calculated. The numerical indicators were analyzed in the dynamics of age development, for gender differences, and in comparison with the results of studies conducted in other regions. Risk factors for the development of flatfoot in children under the conditions of the Far North and equivalent territories were identified, including vitamin D deficiency, low physical activity, overweight, and prolonged wearing of closed footwear. Based on the study results, a conclusion was made about the need for timely prevention of flatfoot in children by means of health-improving physical culture in order to strengthen the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the foot.

The influence of perceptual-motor complex functions on the technical-tactical and physical preparedness of highly qualified players in five-a-side football (B1 category)

Rumyantseva E. , Nevmyvaka A.
Five-a-side football (B1) is one of the youngest sports disciplines in blind sports and is actively developing worldwide. This article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment which demonstrated that the targeted development of compensatory functions of the perceptual-motor complex (tactile-kinesthetic, auditory-motor, vestibular, and spatiotemporal) has a positive effect on the technical-tactical and physical preparedness of blind football players. Specifically, it contributes to improving the speed, accuracy, and versatility of technical maneuvers, as well as enhancing the speed and coordination abilities of highly qualified players in five-a-side football (B1).
