An interdisciplinary issue about how experimental research in the field of adaptive physical education is intensively developing, how a wide range of people with disabilities are affected and how ideas about physical development difficulties and methods of correctional care for children, adolescents and adults with disabilities are changing.

The issue opens with a description of current topics research in the field of correctional pedagogy is the most important a guide for beginning researchers when choosing a dissertation topic. Seven articles in the issue are devoted to inclusive education, understanding positions and accumulated experience of defectologists of the domestic scientific schools.
